Tears, Tears. We cry, We shed
Sorrow and grief; those things we dread
Laughter and joy; I’ll take it I’m glad
Uplifting, Refreshing. That’s to be had
Many be the effect. Many be the cause
Good or bad; yet like Niagara Falls
All these in a distance, I see. You see
Our lives in a distance encompasses all
Don’t you agree?
I’m so grateful He cares about, washes, and will wash away every tear (see Crystal Bottle). Here are some scriptures that relate:
Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the Lord.
For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.
They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it.
Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years.
For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
